Custom orders are unique items created from your ideas and specific measurements. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issues, please reach out and we will assist to the best of our ability.

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If an alteration is requested, we will discuss where the adjustment is needed and agree on a price to fix it. Customer pays shipping costs.

All Ready to Ship (RTS) orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events, but we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are estimated delivery windows:

    •    Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

    •    Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST)

These delivery times are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Please be patient as we work to deliver your items.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—be sure to check our website for any active deals!

4. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are actively working to expand our services in the future.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate its delivery date. If you have any issues tracking your package, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Prismz of Paige is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost/stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. We recommend tracking your package regularly and contacting the carrier directly if you experience delays or believe your package has been lost or stolen. If your package is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to assist, but please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery times.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Prismz of Paige is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update the information before the package is shipped.
